Victor Oraco came out to service my air conditioner and did a great job. He was friendly and easy to talk to, while also remaining professional throughout the visit. He clearly knows his trade and took the time to explain what he found and answer my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s hard to find technicians who are both knowledgeable and personable, and Victor definitely fits that description. My AC seemed to be working fine, or so I thought, so this was just a checkup. But Victor identified a couple of issues that indicated a larger problem was just around the corner. After making the repairs, he clearly showed me the significant improvements in my system’s performance. These repairs not only improved my AC’s performance today, which should help reduce future electric bills, but also greatly reduced wear and tear on the system. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Larson and Victor to anyone needing HVAC service.
